Order Processing

Thank you for being a fan of our latte blends! Now let us bring it to you. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. During the holiday period, please give us a little more time to process your order. Our goal is to bring your favourite cup of latte as soon as possible.

Order In Transit

Once shipped you will receive a notification in your email with the tracking information. For all orders, shipping takes 2 - 10 business days depending on your location and the time of year. 

All orders above $65 ship for free. There is a shipping fee of $15 for orders under $65. 

It won’t happen with the shipping, but if something goes wrong, connect with us here within 10 days of the last tracking update, and we will support you to resolve the situation. 

In the case a wrong address was entered, there will be a reshipment fee of $15. 

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee that you will love our products. In case you did not like the flavor on your first purchase, we offer a 20-day return policy.

For any returns, click the form here to fill out the necessary details of the order. One of our team members will reach back to you in 72 hours for next steps. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a return shipping fee of $12 applies.
